He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bailey and Vera Bailey (Schmasow); his siblings, Bernice Finnigan (Gaylord), Bernard Bailey (Francis), Bernadine Sonnenberg (Robert), Alvera Honel (Lawrence), Earl Bailey (Shirley), Arnold Bailey, Dorothy Struck (Jerry), Donald Bailey and Leroy Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Aleda Bailey and Robert Bradbury.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Bailey of New Lisbon, WI, Mary Corlette (Dave) of Wauwatosa, WI and Margaret Bradbury of St. Charles, Missouri; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Bailey of Sussex, WI and Regina Bailey of Hales Corners, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
