She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Stier and Vernice Stier (Simonson); and her brother Stephen Stier. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Hefling; her children, Steven, Nicolas, Ryan Hefling and Andrea Hornick; and her siblings, Mark, Terrance, Leslie, James Stier, Connie Megnone, Pamela Stacy and Patricia Stier. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren.
