She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Edith Henry (Noble); her husband Ross Hoover; and her half-brother George Mohler. She is survived by: her children, Kim Mullozzi (Tony) of Iron River, David Hoover (Helen) of Tomahawk and Dan Hoover (Bobbi) of Tomahawk; and her siblings, Patricia Hinkle, Ruth Etherton, Paul Henry, Naomi Becker (Carlson), Marty Harrington (Paul) and Richard Henry. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19, a Memorial Service will be planned for Barb Hoover at a later time.
