He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Baars and Eileen Baars (Philippi); his partner Jamie; his brothers, Robert and Danny; his niece Stacy Higgins; and his pet Snoopy.
He is survived by: his sisters, Vera Higgins (Steve) and Lila O'Leary (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Tasha, Mary, Timothy, Megan, Shanna and Jacob; and his close friends, Lori Welch and Adam. He is also survived by his great-nieces and nephews, and his great-great nieces and nephews.
