It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth J. Duranceau of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 5, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Goretski and Lucille Goretski (Wroblewski); her siblings, Elaine and Harold; and her stepson Jody.
She is survived by: her husband David Duranceau of Tomahawk; her children, Forrest Kahre of Tomahawk, Matt Duranceau (Jody) of Merrill, WI, Brian Duranceau of Tomahawk, Brenda Williams of Wausau, WI and Carla Kahre of Wausau; her brothers, Tom Goretski (Kathy) of Plover, WI and Don Goretski (Charlene) of Wausau; her sister-in-law Geraldine Goretski of Sayner, WI.; and her grandchildren, Pamela Riggs, Michael Wadinski, Dillon Williams, Brooke Williams, Aubrey Duranceau, Brigit Ruland, Chassidy Kahre, Brandon Wanta and Justin Wanta.
She was passionate in raising money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.
