He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Petrouske and Catherine Petrouske (DeBack); and his brother Randy Petrouske. He is survived by: his wife Stacie Petrouske; his sons, James Petrouske (Shana) and Wally Petrouske; his grandchildren, Willow, Aria, Everly and Rowan; and his sister-in-law Rosanne Petrouske. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
