It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard Hetzel of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, born in Almond, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "AJ" Hetzel and Hazel Hetzel (Stewart); and his wife June Kniskern. He is survived by: his children, Dallas Ashbrenner (James), Sally Darmody (Dick), Mary Langlois (Jon), Alan Hetzel (Mary) of Stevens Point, Bruce Hetzel (Maribeth) of Tomahawk and David Hetzel (Debbie) of Tomahawk; and his sister Marlyn Hulstedt. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
