She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Adamczyk and Dorothy Adamczyk (Machgan); and her brother Kenneth Adamczyk. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Domaika; her stepchildren, Randy Domaika, Ronnie Domaika and Roxanne Klinger (Jerry); her sisters, Margie Beaumont (Roger), Nancy Millard, Donna Greiner, Judy Johnson (Jerry) and Karen Skinner (Tim); and her close friends, Denise Myers, Tammy Copiskey and Tammy Stitely. She is also survived by her step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
