He is survived by: his sibling Franny; his son Joseph "Pete"; his brother Eugene "Putzer" Slaga; his children, Lorrie Schlender (Chris), Lynn Slaga, Lisa Walder (Mark) and Peter Slaga (Patty); his grandchildren, Emily "Chum" Bonack (Dustin), Heinrich, Anna Lukyanova, Audrey, Sarah and Xavier Slaga; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Scarlett Bonack and Maverick Walder.
