Jelinek; her children, Todd Jelinek (Ann) of Tomahawk, Dann Jelinek (Carla) of DePere, Jenn Smith (Joe) of Austin, MN and William J. Jelinek (Jodi) of Tomahawk; and her brother Gene Borem (Bev) of Tomahawk. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
