He is survived by: his girlfriend Rose McMillin; his children, Jeffrey Osborne (Kalliope), Kevin Osborne, Jacqui Osborne (Joseph Urrutia, III) of Romeoville, IL and Anthony Osborne of Lombard, IL; his stepdaughters, Stefanie Pedersen (Jon) of Waupaca and Andrea Rew (Bill) of Eureka, WI.; and his grandchildren, Ariana Rodriguez, Alyssa Osborne, Madison Osborne, Jaene Rew, Annabella Rew, Magdalena, Lucin and Khloe Osborne.
