He is survived by: his parents, Michael Frank and Lynn Frank of Tripoli, WI; his sisters, Shawna DeHart of Green Bay, WI, Courtney Frank of Prentice, WI and Kayla Frank of Tripoli, WI; his grandparents, Ronald Johnson, Susan Johnson, Jack and Della Boers; his aunts and uncles, Tammy Frank, Nona Steckbauer (Joe), Greg Johnson and Chris Johnson (Tina); his nieces and nephews, Aurora, Alexis, Sophia, Izabella, Liam and Kolton; and his godchildren, Jayden and Jennavecia.
