He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Fintelmann and Marion Fintelmann (Blanck); his former wife Annebelle Fintelmann (Voight); and his stepson James Beck. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Fintelmann; his son Jon Fintelmann (Melanie); his grandson Parker Fintelmann; and his stepchildren, Richard Beck, Lisa Williams, Nicole Snyder, Joshua Wise and Codi Jordan.
