She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Guilbeault and June Guilbeault (Madden); and her husband Alan Lenz. She is survived by: her children, James Lenz (Jennifer), Thomas Lens (Melanie) and Mary Lenz; her grandchildren, Tyler, Joshua, Zachary, Paul, Dustin, Miranda, Trisha Mae and Natalie; her great grandchild Khalil; her friend Caryl Ann Biache; and her close friends, Carl Anderson, Dani Olson, Orania, Eadlyn, Kenzie and Dan.
