She is survived by: her parents, Steven Higgins and Veralin Higgins (Baars) of Tomahawk; her daughters, Jessica Carter of Michigan and Alyssa VanBuren of Greenville, WI; her boyfriend Victor Brown of Tomahawk; her sisters, Nicole Brown (Mark) of Tomahawk, Tasha Higgins (Terry Hebert) of Greenwood, WI and Mary Jo Whitford of Tomahawk; and her nieces and nephews, Shanté, Cassie, Liberty, Marcus, Lincoln, Steven, Aremis and Jaxton.
