He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kolbek and Mae Kolbek (Szala); and his stepfather Russ Haack. He is survived by: his wife Pat Kolbek; his daughters, Anne Liberty and Kim Kolbek-Hills (Randy); and his granddaughters, Brittany Juedes (Ben) and Megan Liberty (Tanner).
