She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Collins and Dorothy Collins (Van Ark); her husband Donald Duca; and her brother-in-law Robert Duca. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Campbell of Apple Valley, MN and Christopher Blohowiak of Temple, TX; her grandchildren, Calysta Campbell of Madison and Tyler Blohowiak of Temple, TX; her siblings, Dianne Hansen (Craig) of Fon du Lac and Ron "Pete" Collins of Appleton; her siblings-in-law, John Duca of Palmdale, CA, Jan Withbroe of Green Bay and Judy Duca of Green Bay; and her friends, Terry, Julie Vertz and Carla VanCamp.
