She is survived by: her children, Karin Kushino (Patrick) of Chicago, IL, Bernhard Teitz (Carol) of Green Oaks, IL and Michael Teitz (Veronica) of Wildwood, IL; her grandchildren, Devin Kushino (Chelsea), Erin Kushino (Stephen Bowen), Erika Koller (Sean), Emilie Pfeifer-Teitz (Jens), Nina Penge (Brandon), Michael Teitz and Matthew Teitz; her great grandchildren, Devin "DJ", John, Aria and Alana; and her sister Irene Bergman (Fritz) of Frankfort, Germany. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, are appreciated in Erika's memory.
