He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Jotka and Catherine Jotka (Tamulis); and his wife Theresa Jotka (Havlicek). He is survived by: his sons, James Jotka Jr. (Michele) and Chris Jotka (Melissa); and his grandsons, Kiefer and Byron Jotka.
