He is survived by: his mother Carol Canella; his siblings, Jeff Canella (Debbie), Marlo Volbrecht (Jeff), Sarina Canella (Steve), Jay Canella and Doug Gordon (Melissa); and his pet Cinder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Strang Funeral Home (1055 Main St, Antioch, IL 60002). Visitation will be held on Friday, August 27th 2027 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
