He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kitchen and Francis Kitchen (McCloskey); his brother Larry Kitchen; and his brother-in-law Paul Young. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kitchen; his children, Joseph "Joey" Kitchen, II and Kelly Jo Berry (Chris); his sister Vicki Young; his grandchildren, Maddy and Miranda; his nephew Steve Young (Marie); and his pet Bull.
