He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Sr. McClay and Elsie McClay; his wife Elizabeth; his siblings, Mark McClay Jr. (Lorraine), Lloyd McClay (JoAnne) and Mary Jane Johnson (LeRoy); his son-in-law Tim Slayton; and his siblings-in-law, Eileen Clark, Harold Graunke and Walt Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Slayton, Kandi Bleecker (Craig), Terri McClay, Lori Hanson (Erik) and Robin McClay; his great grandchildren, Madison, Carter, Aaliyah, Vanessa, Carlos, Alittiah, Lonnell Jr., Tierra Rose, Aiyuanna, Cheyenne, Cole, Dominic, Skiller, Deylin and Ryden; his sisters-in-law, Judy Graunke and Sharon Selle (Don); and his grandchildren, Chris Slayton, Kayla Slayton, Becky Wildes, Crystal Harmon, Andrea McClay, Tiffany McClay, Richard McClay, Paige Bleecker, Corey Bleecker and Jordan McClay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church - Turtle Lake (300 Martin Ave, Turtle Lake, WI 54889). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
