She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Ehlert and Bernice Ehlert (Peterson); her husband Edward S. Holmstrom Jr.; her sister Patricia Minnis (Ehlert); and her daughter Cindy Sue.
She is survived by: her children, Renette Cates (Dale) and Timothy Holmstrom (Laura); her grandchildren, Rachel Bloxton (Anthony), Heidi Shane (Kevin), Courtney Maas (Joshua) and Katie Holmstrom (Chris Brown); her great grandchildren, Winston, Josephine, Andrew and Camilla; Kim, Pete Lishamer and Diane Smith.
Memorials in her name may be made to Hope Lutheran Church or the Michael J Fox Foundation.
