He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Shemanske and Clara Shemanske (Pelischek). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Shemanske; his stepsons, Jonathan Jahnke (Ashley) and Nicholas Jahnke (Jasmine); his grandchildren, Emerson, Evelyn and Everett; his brother Paul Shemanske; and his sister-in-law JoAnne Shemanske. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
