She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael J. Koch and Phoebe Ann Koch (Stoneman); her husband Tom Rappley; her grandson Brian; her great grandchild Gina; her siblings, DePaul Koch (Bernadette), Vincent Koch (Eileen), Aloysius Koch, Eva Mach (Lester), Kathryn Gorny (Ted), Mary Jane Geiger (Eddie), JoAnn Ploeckelman, Rev. Michael Koch, Patricia Boring (Bill) and Elmer Koch (Lucille); and her brother-in-law Earl A. Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Kobriger of Denmark, David "Buzz" Basken (Shirley) of Two Rivers, Barbara Schultz (David) of Two Rivers, Brenda Provot (Kenny Hottenroth) of Manitowoc and Mark Basken (Bonnie) of Manitowoc; and her sister Carol Martin of Two Rivers. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
