He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Konop and June Konop (Pelnar) of Two Rivers; and his brother-in-law Chuck Newberg. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kadow; his children, Dianna Steffen, Debra Koller (Gary), Ric Steffen (Lisa) and Jill Rauber (Tad); his sisters, Diane Newberg, Debra Smith (Dan) and Donna Bennett (Dean); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Raymaker (Mike), Christine Clark (Justin), Brian Clark, Kari Jo Jadin (Derrick), Holly Schultz (Erik), Scott Bruechert (Christina), Austin White (Kaitlyn), Brett Steffen (Madrene), Ethan Rauber (Grace Willems), Seth Rauber, Ellie and Emma. He is also survived by his kids and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Klein & Stangel Funeral Home (1420 22nd St, Two Rivers, WI 54241). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
