He is survived by: his wife RuthAnn Stroming Jones; his children, Richard Hearley (Amy), Rhonda Allie, Robin Bucko (Terry), Rodney Hearley and Randy Hearley (Jill); his daughter-in-law Robin Hearley; his grandchildren, Col. Christopher Diedrich (Jennifer), Crystal Brown (Eric), Chad Allie (Jurgita), Kyle Allie (Kellie), Ryan Allie (Trisha), Jennifer Nemetz (Craig), Samantha Hearley (Taylor Vanden Bush), Bailey Vandenlandenberg (Tyler), Shelby Edlebeck (Zach), Alex and Adam Hearley; his stepgrandsons, Brandon and Brad Wegner; his great grandchildren, Gabi, Harrison, Lilly, Karlee, Ryker Diedrich, Gentry, Callaway Brown, Maren, Reese, Brady Vandenlangenberg, Joelle, Lucy Edlebeck, Brynn, Hattie, Tucker Nemetz, Tesa, Ari, Emmy, Makenzie, Willow, Violet and Hailee Allie; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Zander and Oliver; his brother Jerry Hearley (Vonnie); his half-brothers, Francis (Barb), Hank and Dick; his siblings-in-law, Toddy Hibbard (Dave), Buz Stroming (Karen), Barb Stroming Patefield (Dave) and Justin Stroming; and his aunt Marion Hearley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (3234 Mishicot Rd, Two Rivers, WI 54241). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
