In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Edith leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Edith may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Shaw and Florence Shaw of Mauston; her husband Floyd Beres of Patrick's Catholic Church; her brothers, Richard and John Shaw; and her brother-in-law Clarence Beres. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Picha Funeral Home (402 Center St, Wonewoc, WI 53968). A rosary will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome's Catholic Church (528 Center St, Wonewoc, WI 53968).
