He is survived by: his husband Larry Cook; his children, Ericka Koepke (Sarah), Donald Koepke (Brandon Ahler), Amy Koepke and Abby Koepke (Christopher Karnowski); his grandchildren, Victoria and Christian; his mother Laura Koepke; his siblings, Debra Reesman (Pete) and Bill Koepke (Heidi); and his father-in-law Lewis Cook III. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
