He is survived by: his sons, Todd Hawkins (JoAnn) and Scott Hawkins; his grandchildren, Jenifer Richey (Steve), Jacklyn Kusnierz (Mike) and Joshua Hawkins (Grace); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Tyler, Katie, Charlet, Gemma, Jasper and Xavier.
