With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jane C. Smart of Union Grove, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 6, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Doyle and Ellen Doyle; her husband Harold Smart; her daughter Laura; and her son-in-law Frank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Nelson (Doug), Linda Bower (Gene) and Andrea Lamping; her grandsons, Christopher Bower (Megan), Scott Nelson (Kim Ryan), Kevin Bower (Dana), Peter Nelson (Christina), Adam Bower (Paige) and Alex Weiss; her sister Audrey Gavin; and her sister-in-law Carol Smart. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Robert's Church or Aurora Zilber Family Hospice.
