He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Margaret; his former wife Mary Ellen; and his brother James W. Weiss. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Weiss, Jeffrey Weiss (Shyanne Cappozzo) and Robert Weiss (Connie Desotell); his grandchildren, Alex, Zack, Tyler (Karyn), Brittany (Jacob) and Liaysa; and his great grandchildren, Levi James and Chase Elliot. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
