He was predeceased by: his parents, Terence Black and Bonnie Black (Polzin). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Black and Taylor Black; his grandson Isaac Black; his former wife Joann Black; his siblings, Teri Black (Jerry Curtin) and Scott Black (Lynn); and his stepmother Michelle Black. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
