He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin J. Smith and Melva A. Smith; his half-siblings, Virgil Nelson, Lavern Smith and Marion Peterson; his friend Phyllis Leckrone; and his pet Rusty.
He is survived by: his friends, Sandy, Stanley Fosdal, Mika, John Mitmoen, Michael Leckrone, Rod, Nancy Hagan, Brian and Angie Utter; and his pet Teddy.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home - Verona (220 Enterprise Dr, Verona, WI 53593). A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 161 Horizon Dr, Verona, WI 53593.
