She was predeceased by: her parents, George Martens and Marie Martens (Ahrens); her husband Dean Granquist; her siblings, Walter Martens (Evelyn), George Martens (Betty), Elsie Moeller (Henry) and Edna Meyers (Don); her siblings-in-law, Joe Granquist (Betty), Donna Lutt (Les) and Myla McElhose (Red); and her great grandchildren, Cole Schotanus and Macie Kate Majeres.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Dettwiler (Robert) of Verona, Carol Borglum (Mark) of Blaine, Minn, Susan Sitzmann (Fred) of Rochester and Dennis Granquist (Elizabeth) of Flagstaff, Ariz.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID pandemic, Helen moved to her daughter, Judy's (Bob) home until March 2025 when she moved to Four Winds Manor and Lodge.
