He was predeceased by: his father Edward John; and his siblings, Cheryl Statz and Dale Statz. He is survived by: his mother Donna Rae Statz (Hanson); his son Marcus Edward Statz; and his siblings, Gary Statz (Nancy) and Robin Hurtado. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
