He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Goth and Hazel Goth (Rung); his sister Patsy Arbuckle; and his son Kevin McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Mary Goth; his son Jason Goth; his grandchildren, Sydney Goth, Shayla Dornack and Skylar Goth; his sibling's children, Tim Hilgendorf (Sheila), Andy Arbuckle (Tammy), Rick Hilgendorf and Kathy Hilgendorf; his cousin Carol Couillard; and his friends, Darlene Brewer and Ron Lewis (Shirley). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
