He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Rothe and Ione Rothe (Anderson); his daughter Meredith; his granddaughter Meghan; his siblings, Richard Rothe, Marlene Halsey (David) and Ron Rothe; and his brothers-in-law, David Halsey, Donald Fellwock, Skip Jefferis and William Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Doolittle; his sons, Michael (Cindy) and Matthew Rothe (Kari); his siblings, Carla Jefferis, Larry (Carol), Fred (Deanna), Darrell Rothe (Jean), Doris Fellwock, Karen Rangeloff (Lorenz), Neil (Sue) and Leonard Rothe (Sue); and his sisters-in-law, Glenna and Sandra Rothe. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
