He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvie Lewison and Mamie Lewison (Ames); his wife Margaret; his sister Dorothy (Jim); his nibling Kris; his brothers, David (Miriam) and Vern; and his sister-in-law Donna (Don).
He is survived by: his children, Leslie (Jeff) and Brian (Tina); and his sister-in-law Sue Lewison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, step-grandchildren, cousins and so many dear friends.
