She was predeceased by: her father Frank Rauscher; her sister Carol; her aunt Annabelle Brown (Schraudner); and her nephew Angelo Donohue. She is survived by: her mother Georgene Rauscher (Schraudner); her husband Gary "Scott" Francis; her sister Barbara Donohue of La Crosse; her children, Emily Nelson (Andy) of Viroqua and Jason (Holly) of Janesville; and her grandchildren, Christian, Patrick and Alycia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gundersen Medical Foundation-Hospice, which was a wonderful support to Jean and her family.
