She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Hadley and Leota Hadley (Whitt); her brother Raymond Hadley; her husband Robert Kelly; her son Freddy Ray Kelly; her grandsons, Tresten Marko and Wyatt Wagner; and her siblings, Fern, Linda, Goldie, Carmel, Richard, Hyram, Roland and Larry.

She is survived by: her children, David, Suzanne, Tonja, Greg, Kim, Scott, Julie and Lisa. She is also survived by many grandchildren; and several members of her extended family.
