She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Getter; her son Rodney (Sherry); her parents, Frederick McGarry and Beulah McGarry (Florand); her siblings, Shirley McGarry, Michael McGarry and Larry McGarry (Annabel); and her brothers-in-law, Ray Storer and Fritz Widner.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Lynette), Roger (Jacqueline) of Viroqua, Ruth Schneck (Jim) of East Troy, Linda Townsend (Ronald) of DeSoto and Lisa Bausch (Michael) of Viroqua; her grandchildren, Jerrod Getter (Jennifer), Jennie Voter (Craig), Jonah Getter (Ashley), Nicole Hewitt (Dan), Jason Getter, Leslie Getter-Hendrickson (Michael), Jessica Huschka (Christopher), Joshua Hanson, Travis Knutson (Jill), Patrick Townsend (Heather), Chelsea Lockington, Claire VanWormer (Matt), Mandy Prinz (Jim), Elissa Yakish (Jesse) and Brenna Bausch (Jeremy Iverson); her siblings, Conrad McGarry (Karen) of Nekoosa, Harriet Storer of Newton Falls and Carol Deaver (Gary) of Brush Hollow; and her sisters-in-law, Elly McGarry of Salinas, California and Charlotte Getter of Viroqua. She is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brush Hollow Cemetery Association or Bethel Home Foundation in Donna's memory.
