It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Erlan N. Hanson of Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 22, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Hanson and Nora Hanson (Peterson); and his sisters, Margret Evans (Winton), Evaline Hanson and Welma Lund.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his stepchildren, Martine Wright (John) and Marcus Skildum (Stacey); his brother Bill Hanson (Carol); and his brother-in-law David Lund. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of plant and flowers, memorials may be given in Erlan's name to St. Croix Hospice or other charity of choice.
