James C. Eide Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James C. Eide of Viroqua, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2026 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Eide and Darlene Eide (Ellefson); his brother LaMont Eide; his sister-in-law Pat Eide; and his nephews, Corey Herried and Thomas Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughter Trudy Johnson (Dan) of La Crescent, MN; his granddaughters, Valyn and Colbie Johnson of La Crescent, MN; his siblings, Larry Eide of La Crosse, WI, Linda Herried (David) of Viroqua, WI and Jean Anderson (Bruce) of Viroqua, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Hampton (Joe), Beth Leopold, Kim Curtis (Nate), Jason Anderson (Caitlin) and Michelle Anderson.
