He was predeceased by: his parents, William Culek and Corinne Culek (Walsh); and his siblings-in-law, Josephine Culek and Herb Kessel. He is survived by: his wife Linda Culek; his daughters, Beth Culek and Cate Beech; his grandchildren, Maya Rizwan, Ava Rizwan and Tom Beech; his great grandchild Stella Beech; his siblings, William Culek and Rosemary Kessel; and his pet Oscar. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Viroqua are appreciated.
