He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Jinkins and Veta Jinkins (Bafford). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Dyer; his children, Roberta Campbell (Lance) and Robert Jinkins (Patti); his grandsons, Brandon Jinkins (Delaney), Zachary Reinke (Rebecca), Andy Jinkins (Grace), Aaron Campbell and Noah Campbell (Bree Radke); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Raya, Brynn, Bethany, Gordon, Andrew and Ross; and his siblings, Cheryl Hinz (Tom), Kathy Foss (Steve), Karyl Chapman (Paul) and Ron Jinkins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Toynton Funeral Home (328 Kenosha St, Walworth, WI 53184). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
