He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Baxter and Virginia Baxter (Prather); and his sister Norma. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Baxter of Walworth, WI; and his children, Diane Erle (Charles) of Arizona City, AZ, David Baxter (Kristine) of Walworth, WI and Jennifer Woodrich (Kurtis) of Sharon, WI. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his four siblings; and his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Toynton Funeral Home (328 Kenosha St, Walworth, WI 53184). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the BIG Foot Cemetery.
