He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Maki and Lillian Maki (Doran); and his daughter Janice. He is survived by: his wife Lois Franzel; his close friend Lois Maki; his children, Jim Maki (Wendy Gierke), Chetek, Carol Maki, Washburn, Patti Larson (Ryan) and Ashland; his grandchildren, Tyler Maki, Miranda Maki, Thomas Roney, Cain Larson and Kinsley Larson; his great grandchild Sawyer; his siblings, Donna Maki and Larry Maki; and his friends, Pat, Laurie Jean and Rob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
