He is survived by : his wife Teresa Hammel (Hausback); his children, Matthew (Ashley) and Danielle (David); his stepchildren, Dustin (Grace) and Jordy; his grandchildren, Aubrey and Alexis; his stepgrandchildren, Cheyenne, Thomas and Preston; and his siblings, Bernard (Robin), Sharon (JC) and Andrea (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
