With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenner Allen Christensen of Washburn, Wisconsin, born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on July 15, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence H. Christensen and Doris Christensen (Bahls). He is survived by : his wife Kimberly of Washburn; his former life partner Peggy of Tucson; his sons, Ian (Stephanie) of Duluth and Lars (Maclore) of Saint Paul; and his siblings, Donnan (Ann) of Washburn, Odin (Phyllis) of Flagstaff, Anders (Christine) of Minneapolis, Kristen (Bradley) of Washburn and Tore (Janet) of Boulder. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

“Kenner was a bright, fun, respected member of Gideon Fraenkel's Ohio State University chemistry research group, to which I also belonged. I'm sad to try looking him up only to learn that he passed away last year. He is not forgotten. My condolences go out to his friends and family. May he rest in peace!”
